Ripping Assistant (charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Stacking and sorting product off the rip/chop saws.
-
Assist in a variety of areas including but not limited to gluing, ripping and chopping.

Glue Clamp Operator (charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Lay panels to match order requirements.

Load and unload product from glue clamps and face press.

Alternate positions within the gluing team.

Inside Deck Sales (charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractor customers by providing timely, knowledgeable service and acting as a reliable point of contact.
-
Assist contractors with product selection, pricing, availability, estimates, and take-offs, including reviewing blueprints and determining material quantities and needs.
-
Prepare accurate quotes, estimates and orders using Point of Sale and quoting software, while coordinating special-order pricing and product information with suppliers and buyers.
-
Coordinate contractor deliveries by work with the dispatch office to organize delivery dates, jobsite details, GPS coordinates, unloading methods and timing.
-
Support daily Contractor Sales operations by answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, taking sales calls, attending meetings, and completing other duties as assigned.

custom doors associate (baltic Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Assist in the production of custom interior doors.
-
Prep components and glass prior to door assembly.
-
Finish sand and package assembled doors.
