Planer operator (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Set up and operate the double surface planer.

Stack lumber in fast efficient manner.

Inspect and sort lumber width and grades as needed for production

Administrative Assistant (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Provide daily administrative support to the People Development and Human Resources teams.
-
Prepare, send, and maintain the daily internal newsletter and classifieds, coordinating with departments to share relevant updates and announcements.
-
Compile, update, and manage employee contact lists and internal records.
-
Support ongoing projects and general office tasks as assigned.
-
Communicate effectively with coworkers to coordinate meetings, share updates, and support team objectives.

Assist with the employee enrollment process and back up the HR Specialist during peak times or absences.

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, copiers, printers, and scanners

Hospitality Manager (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Provide hands-on leadership for the First Impressions, Cashier, Café & Housekeeping Teams.

Communicate and model the Company’s Mission, Vision and Noble Purpose across all hospitality Roles.

Oversee scheduling and support of team leads to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
First Impressions & Housekeeping
-
Ensure every guest and caller is greeted with warmth, attentiveness, and care.
-
Provide leadership to ensure a clean, welcoming atmosphere in entryways, restrooms, and other shared spaces.
Café Operations
-
Manage day-to-day café operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and organization in all café areas.
Some of the requirements of this position are:

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail and/or hospitality management
-
Food service experience (strong plus)
-
Budgeting experience and proficiency in spreadsheets and business applications
-
Alignment with the company’s mission, vision and values
Stain Lab Production (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Operating computerized tinting machines.
-
This process adds the colorant that produces industrial stains and tinted finishes. Some colorants must be added manually.
-
-
Mixing products.
-
Operate paint shakers.
-
All base products are mixed together before components are added. After the components are put together, they go through another mixing process
-
-
Quality control – Check stains & tints before they are sent out to customers.
-
Print labels and apply to containers.
-
Be willing to support the production team with different projects.
Some of the requirements of this position are:

Ability to lift 40-70 lbs.
-
Ability to match colors by eyesight.
-
Tolerance for minor solvent and finish odors.
-
Basic knowledge of stains and finishes would be helpful but not required. Keim is willing to train.
Cafe Cook (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Operate the fryer, grill and char broiler.
-
Generate orders.
-
Build relationships with co-workers.
