Kitchen Sales (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Engage with customers in person, on the phone and via email.

• Create kitchen drawings and layouts using 2020 design program.

• Answer questions regarding price, availability and the application of products.

• Generate quotes and orders accurately and efficiently and coordinate installation with vendors and customers.

Box Truck Delivery (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Deliver quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

• Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.

• Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.

• Represent Keim in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.

• Complete vehicle inspections electronically.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Must have valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with co-workers.

Glue Clamp Operator (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Lay up panels to match order requirements.

• Load and unload product from glue clamps.

• Alternate positions within the gluing team.

• A willingness to learn and work various positions within the glue department.

Warehouse Forklift Operator (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Select and stage lumber packs according to work order specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Hardware Sales (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Assist Customers in the hardware department in person, on the phone and via email.

• Assist with stocking product on shelves and displays.

• Work the Saturday schedule.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• A desire to provide excellent customer service to co-workers and customers.

• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.

• Basic knowledge of Hardware & related products.

• Basic keyboard and computer skills preferred.

Cafe & Hospitality Manager  (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Provide hands-on leadership for the First Impressions, Cashier, Café & Housekeeping Teams.

• Communicate and model the Company’s Mission, Vision and Noble Purpose across all hospitality Roles.

• Oversee scheduling and support of team leads to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

First Impressions & Housekeeping

• Ensure every guest and caller is greeted with warmth, attentiveness, and care.

• Provide leadership to ensure a clean, welcoming atmosphere in entryways, restrooms, and other shared spaces.

Café Operations

• Manage day-to-day café operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and organization in all café areas.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail and/or hospitality management

• Food service experience (strong plus)

• Budgeting experience and proficiency in spreadsheets and business applications

• Alignment with the company’s mission, vision and values

Cafe Cook (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Operate the fryer, grill and char broiler.

• Generate orders.

• Build relationships with co-workers.
