Director-Financial planning analysis (fp&a) (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Lead the annual budgeting process, including capital expenditure and cash flow planning, while supporting ongoing forecasting and strategic financial planning.

Develop and maintain financial models to analyze performance, identify key drivers and variances, and evaluate trends, profitability, and ROI.

Partner with department leaders to provide financial insights that support planning, decision-making, and organizational strategy.

Advanced financial planning and modeling skills, including scenario analysis, data interpretation, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Lead and maintain a practical cost accounting system, including standard costing for materials, labor, and overhead, while ensuring accurate inventory and cost valuation.

Perform cost and variance analysis, communicate financial insights to leadership, and support informed operational and strategic decision-making.

Manage month-end close responsibilities related to inventory, fixed assets, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing variances, while supporting audits and strengthening internal controls.

Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to improve cost visibility, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive continuous process and reporting improvements.
