Open Positions

Yard Forklift Operator (charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Provide excellent service to co-workers and customers. 

  • Review orders to determine item number, size, quantity and location of product. 

  • Obtain products from buildings/yard locations and package units for delivery. 

  • Load products onto company trucks and customer vehicles. 

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately, paying attention to detail.

  • Work the Saturday schedule.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Supports and applies Keim’s Core Values, Mission & Vision.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers. 

  • Ability to operate a forklift and necessary equipment safely. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage time well. 

  • Age 18 or older.

 

Director of Sales Operations (charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Assisting with strategic initiatives, including supporting the development of business and marketing plans.

  • Enhancing communication across the sales division.

  • Sales forecast and analysis.

  • Business intelligence (reporting).

  • Contributing to data integrity across sales departments.

  • Project Management.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Supports and applies Keim’s Core Values, Mission & Vision.

  • 5+ years of proven sales, strategy or operations experience.

  • Proven track record supporting leadership and driving business outcomes.

  • Data-minded problem solver with strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Is comfortable connecting with and presenting to business leaders.

  • Experience planning, monitoring, and managing budgets.

  • Is familiar with and understands the business climate and culture in Holmes County.
