People Development Specialist (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Develop and manage onboarding and training programs.

• Partner with leaders to identify training needs.

Cafe Server (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Greet all customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming café environment.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale system and ensure timely preparation and delivery.

• Maintain a clean and organized service area, while following all food safety and sanitization guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with co-workers to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient service.

• Handle customer questions, feedback, and concerns with patience and a solution-oriented approach.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

• Familiar with food service regulations, proper food handling and safety procedures.

• Physically able to stand for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.

Content Manager (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Create, edit, and manage written content across print, digital, web, advertising, and social media platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content strategies that support business goals.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.

• Conduct research and gather insights to support content development and marketing initiatives.

• Proofread and review marketing materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand standards.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in copywriting or content creation, ideally within a marketing or advertising environment.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and grammar skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences, formats, and platforms.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Cafe Cook (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.

• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.

• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures.

• Excellent service to café staff.

• Able to communicate effectively and work well within a team.

Box Truck Delivery (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Deliver quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

• Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.

• Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.

• Represent Keim in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.

• Complete vehicle inspections electronically.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Must have valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with co-workers.

• Must be responsible, dependable and manage time well.

• Ability to accomplish the physical elements and requirements of the position.

• Detail oriented.
