Stain Lab production (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Operating computerized tinting machines.
    • This process adds the colorant that produces industrial stains and tinted finishes.
    • Some colorants must be added manually.
  • Mixing Products
    • Operate paint shakers.
    • All base products are mixed before components are added to create the stain & tinted finish products. 
    • After the components are put together in a container, they are then put through another mixing process.
  • Quality Control - Check stains & tints before the are sent out to customers. 
  • Print labels and apply labels to containers.
  • Be willing to support the production team with different projects.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Supports Keim’s Core Values, Mission & Vision Statement.
  • Ability to lift 40-70lbs.
  • Ability to match colors by eyesight. 
  • Tolerance for minor solvent and finish odors. 
  • Basic knowledge of stains and finishes would be helpful but not requires. Keim is willing to train. 

 

 

Sales Processes System Support (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Provides Core System Support for the sales division such as: supporting integrations for takeoff software’s, processing internal catalog feedback, building and maintaining configurators, potential of building sales reports, as well as other responsibilities within the retail ERP.
  • Supports the Director of Sales Processes and Sales Processes Assistant.
  • Assist others within the Sales Processes Department and provide backup support as needed.
  • Research & support solutions that better support the team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Supports Keim’s Core Values, Mission & Vision Statement.
  • Ability to be detail oriented, organized, and manage multiple priorities as needs arise.
  • Strong personal integrity and work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with retail ERP, Microsoft Office, Saberis, Jira, & data analytics is helpful but not required.

 

 

Finger Jointer Operator (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Setup and Operate Finger Jointer efficiently.
  • Inspect Finger joints & material quality.
  • Lead finger joint team to assist in change overs.
  • Assure safe machine operations and all procedures are followed.
