Director-Financial planning analysis (fp&a) (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, including capital expenditure and cash flow planning, while supporting ongoing forecasting and strategic financial planning.

• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze performance, identify key drivers and variances, and evaluate trends, profitability, and ROI. 

• Partner with department leaders to provide financial insights that support planning, decision-making, and organizational strategy. 

• Prepare clear leadership reports and presentations, ensure accuracy of financial data, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting and analytical tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field with 10+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or similar roles, including leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers, with proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. 

• Advanced financial planning and modeling skills, including scenario analysis, data interpretation, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment while adapting to organizational culture.

• Advanced Excel expertise and experience working with ERP systems, financial reporting platforms, and BI tools.

• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively partner with organizational leaders; CPA or MBAQ preferred but not required. 

Director of operations Accounting (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Lead and maintain a practical cost accounting system, including standard costing for materials, labor, and overhead, while ensuring accurate inventory and cost valuation.

• Perform cost and variance analysis, communicate financial insights to leadership, and support informed operational and strategic decision-making. 

• Manage month-end close responsibilities related to inventory, fixed assets, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing variances, while supporting audits and strengthening internal controls. 

• Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to improve cost visibility, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive continuous process and reporting improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, with 10+ years of experience in operations or cost accounting, including leadership responsibility.

• Proven ability to design and implement practical cost accounting systems and support month-end close and financial reporting processes. 

• Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.

mechanic (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Perform oil changes/preventative maintenance on equipment.

• Perform/assist with repairs on various equipment.

• Perform tire replacements/repairs.

• Help maintain a safe working environment.

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Assist customers in person, on the phone and via fax or email.

• Assist customers with woodshop product related questions.

• Generate orders and estimates accurately and efficiently.

• Work the Saturday schedule.

• An interest in woodshop materials, products and processes.

• Basic knowledge of furniture and cabinet building processes is a plus.

yard Customer service (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Review paperwork to determine item number, size, quantity, and location of products on the order.

• Pick products from buildings and yard areas.

• Load products for customers.

Cnc Router Operator (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Receive training and functions on CNC Router and supporting software.

• Set-up and operate CNC Router in a safe and efficient manner.

• Inspect quality of routed product to match prints and order requirements.

Production engineer (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Collaborate with production teams to evaluate, improve, and optimize production processes.

• Analyze production data, conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop production layouts that support equipment integration, and new technology implementation.

• Identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities while ensuring safety and compliance.

• Experience in production or process engineering preferred.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement tools.

Lumber sticker/kiln ops (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Put lumber on sticks in a smooth and efficient manner.

• Use forklift as needed to transfer packs to and from lumber sticking area.

Planer Sander operator (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Reading orders accurately and sanding product to exact specifications. 

• Stacking and inspecting material and sanding quality.

• Accurately filling out work order with information needed.

• Assure safe machine operations and all procedures are followed.

• Stain & wipe product to match order requirements.

• Spray sealer and topcoats on products.

• Sand products between topcoats.

• Package products.

• Be a part of a small team that is cross trained to alternate positions.

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Process invoices and payments accurately while maintaining organized up-to-date financial records.

• Manage vendor accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and respond to payment-related questions.

• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, tax requirements, and confidentiality standards.

• Support additional finance and administrative tasks as needed.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• 3-5 years of experience in account payable or related finance role preferred.
