Door & Window sales(charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. 

• Guide customers in selecting door and window products based on their project needs, budget and style preferences.

• Prepare accurate quotes, review specification, and help process orders. 

• Communicate lead times, pricing and delivery or pick-up options to customers. 

• Learn and maintain knowledge of door and window product lines, features, and installation considerations. 

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Supports and applies Keim Lumber’s Core Values, Mission & Vision Statement. 

• Basic understanding of doors, windows, or construction materials is helpful.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with quotes and orders. 

• Comfortable using computers and learning order entry or quoting system. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or building materials preferred.

• Able to work the Saturday schedule. 

Molder/sander Dept. Assistant(charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Feed molder and assist operators with change overs and setups. 

• Feeding and stacking material on planer sander and assist operators on other duties. 

• Back up lift driver for molder & sander support.

• Assist millwork packaging/shipping department.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Able to communicate and perform well as a team.

• Desire to be cross-trained and assist where needed. 

• Work safely with attention to detail.

Kitchen Sales (charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Engage customers in person, on the phone and via email.

• Create kitchen drawings and layouts using 2020 design program.

• Answer questions regarding price, availability, and the application of products. 

• Generate quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate installation with vendors and customers.

• Work the Saturday schedule.

• Other duties assigned by manager.

Forklift Operator (charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Provide excellent service to co-workers and customers.

• Review orders to determine item number, size, quantity, and location of product.

• Obtain product from buildings, yard locations, and package for delivery.

• Replenish stock bins.

• Work the Saturday schedule.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Able to work independently and manage time well.

• Able to operate a forklift and necessary equipment safely.
