Stain Lab Color designer(charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Produce industrial stains & tinted finishes per order for customers.
-
Perform color matching for stains & finishes.
-
Pull customers orders.
-
Measure and mix base & tint products per specification.
Some of the requirements of this position are:
-
Supports and applies Keim’s Core Values, Mission & Vision.

Ability to lift 40-70lbs.
-
Ability to match colors by eyesight.
-
Tolerance for minor solvent and finish odors.
-
Basic knowledge of stains and finishes would be helpful but not required. Keim is willing to train.
Ripping Assistant(charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Stacking and sorting product off the rip/chop saws.
-
Assist in a variety of areas including but not limited to gluing, ripping and chopping.

Rip and scanning assistant (charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Inspecting and stacking of product at the cutting table and green chain.

Assisting at the Finger Jointer, Straitline and Glue Clamp Carrier as needed.

Help to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Purchasing (tools) (charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Provide excellent customer service to co-workers.

Communicate effectively in a proactive and positive manner.

Prepare purchase orders & send to vendors and suppliers.

Work with your supervisor to maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Work with vendors as needed to schedule and expedite deliveries and resolve issues.

Graphic Designer (charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Design materials for catalogs, flyers brochures, ads, social media, email, web and in-store signage.

Support the Creative Director in the development and execution of creative projects.
-
Collaborate with the Marketing Team on design needs for print, digital, retail, and product-focused initiatives.
-
Assist with production design work, including preparing files for print and digital distribution.
-
Maintain consistency with Keim brand standards across all designed materials.
-
Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional marketing efforts.
Some of the requirements of this position are:

Graphic Design experience, degree or certification.
-
Experience working in marketing, product marketing, communications, or a related creative field.

Strong graphic design skills with a proven design portfolio.

Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-
Strong attention to detail.
-
Ability to follow brand standards and design direction.
