Ripping Assistant(charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Stacking and sorting product off the rip/chop saws.

  • Assis in a variety of areas including but not limited to gluing, ripping and chopping.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Supports and applies Keim’s Core Values, Mission & Vision.

  • Flexibility in helping out in a variety of areas.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.

 

Rip and scanning assistant (charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Inspecting and stacking of product at the cutting table and green chain. 

  • Assisting at the Finger Jointer, Straitline and Glue Clamp Carrier as needed. 

  • Help to maintain a clean and organized work environment. 

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Be consistent and dependable to create a fast efficient production flow.

  • A willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Purchasing (tools) (charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Provide excellent customer service to co-workers.

  • Communicate effectively in a proactive and positive manner.

  • Prepare purchase orders & send to vendors and suppliers.

  • Work with your supervisor to maintain appropriate inventory levels.

  • Work with vendors as needed to schedule and expedite deliveries and resolve issues.

Glue clamp operator (charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Lay panels to match order requirements.

  • Load and unload product from glue clamps and face press.

  • Alternate positions within the gluing team.

  • Willing to learn and work in a fast paced environment. 

 

Graphic Designer (charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Design materials for catalogs, flyers brochures, ads, social media, email, web and in-store signage. 

  • Support the Creative Director in the development and execution of creative projects. 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on design needs for print, digital, retail, and product-focused initiatives. 

  • Assist with production design work, including preparing files for print and digital distribution.

  • Maintain consistency with Keim brand standards across all designed materials. 

  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional marketing efforts. 

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Supports and applies Keim’s Core Values, Mission & Vision.

  • Graphic Design experience, degree or certification. 

  • Experience working in marketing, product marketing, communications, or a related creative field.

  • Strong graphic design skills with a proven design portfolio.

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to follow brand standards and design direction. 

 

Prefinishing Assistant (charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Stain & wipe products to match order requirements.

  • Spray sealer and topcoats on products.

  • Sand products between topcoats.

  • Package products.

  • Part of a small team that is cross-trained to alternate positions.

  • Assist manager in back up duties-scheduling/workflow. 

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Supports and applies Keim’s Core Values, Mission & Vision.

  • Able to see color and finish detail.

  • A desire to learn to use a finish gun in a fast and efficient manner. 

  • Wear user-friendly self-contained respirator hood.
