Cafe Team Leader (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Interview, hire and train café team members.
-
Create and manage staff schedules.
-
Ensure daily cleaning and upkeep of the café.
-
Placing food and supply orders.
Some of the requirements of this position are:

Willing to work flexible schedules, including Saturdays.

Physically able to stand for extended periods of time, and able to lift 25 pounds, unassisted.

Food industry/Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
Cashier (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Appropriately greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.

Communicate in a positive manner through the sale process and parting communications.

Work the Saturday schedule.

Molding Warehouse Bundling (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Operate the molding bundling/shrink wrap machine.

Sort length and tally footages.

Manage efficiency for maximum output.

Millwork Specialist - Contractor Sales (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Create trim/millwork lists using blueprint take-offs and onsite measurements.
-
Provide timely and accurate lists to Contractor Sales for quoting and ordering.
-
Assist contractors and sales staff in determining product needs and best material options.
-
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Contractor Sales employees and customers.
Some of the requirements of this position are:
-

Basic knowledge of construction procedures, methods and materials.

Current knowledge of trim products, characteristics and appropriate usages.

Millwork/trim carpentry experience preferred but not required.

Construction experience preferred but not required.

Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Specialty Millwork - Curved Trim Components (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Manufacture and laminate curved trim components.
-
Operate equipment for specialty millwork machining.
-
Cross training to assist in architectural beam work and other specialty areas.

Box Truck Delivery (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Deliver quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
-
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
-
Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.
-
Represent Keim in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.
-
Complete vehicle inspections electronically.
Some of the requirements of this position are:

Must have valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.

Provide excellent customer service.

Glue Clamp Operator (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Lay up panels to match order requirements.
-
Load and unload product from glue clamps.
-
Alternate positions within the gluing team.

A willingness to learn and work various positions within the glue department.
